Vertical cutting machine comprise of an electrically controlled blade motor and a modifiable side support system. The PU blocks are placed on table top made out of aluminum which enables free movement of PU blocks. Slitting section of the machine is made using four balanced blade wheels and it is fitted with a manual brake to fast stopping the movement of table top. The machine is further fitted with two way band knife guidance and a motorized grinding attachment. Please note: model SMV-1500l uses 11000 mm blade and the blade size of our circular cutting machine is also 11000 mm. So the used blade of circular cutting machine can be reused on vertical cutting machine.
